if you already have telephone line set up, then maybe DSL(AT&T).

Piggyback on your neighbor's wireless connection would be the cheapest.

If not, try to lure Google to provide free city-wide wifi like they do in Mountain View.

If not, yeah, AT&T is a cheaper option (for the first year)

Yes, it does, if you don't already have a phone line set up, then go with cable, DSL is not really worth it and Cable is faster anyway.

i believe you pay for what you get

att doesnt do phone services no more
it's SBC now...
but att&yahoo is 12.99/mon for DSL
