***Room***
This is the living room of a one bedroom apartment. The apartment is shared with another female UCSD student who is very friendly and quiet. (Basically she takes the bedroom and I take the living room).
The living room is furnished with bed, desk, chair, closet, etc. There is also a curtain installed for privacy. You also get access to a fully-furnished kitchen and dining area.

***Location and Transportation***
Location: 4089 Nobel Dr. San Diego 92122
The Apartment is conveniently close to highway 5 and 805, also to supermarkets such as Vons and Ralphs. Less than two minutes walking to UCSD shuttle/MTS bus stop and 10 minutes walking to the mall.

***Rent and Utility***
Rent is $350 plus 1/2 utilities (usually around $25/month, which includes phone, internet, and electricity).
There will be a security deposit of $150.
