还有听说现在ＬＯＡＮ　很难做下来，　好象利息又涨了，　难过，

长滩的房子好坏，价钱相差太大，学区也不太好，不是理想的买房地方。要离国人近，方便，你应该很清楚，我就不提了。如果不在乎这些方便，东进倒是可取的。
