Illegal Immigrants-Once they are arrested or found guilty of misdemanor crime,they would be expelled from US. It's risky for them to buy properties.

但事实是, 新来的移民, 只要有钱 不管他的钱来的怎么非法 他的身份怎么非法, 最终还是能买到房子. 是不是这样?

猫猫，偷渡者不一定全是穷当当的，只是因为他没有时间等合法签证了，所以他有钱买房，且这些钱肯定不是在美国赚的。

我们只是在此探讨这种特殊身份的人，是否可以在美国置业，会否给他带来不利
